KSU Meat Science Association Student BBQ Contest

Students can win trophies and other prizes! This is a great opportunity to practice your cooking skills and have fun with friends. Registration deadline is March 17, 2017.
Student and Greek Divisions.
Each team should consist of three to six people.
Registration fees: $25 for student division and $50 for greek division.
Registration includes a breakfast the morning of, charcoal and the meat to prepare.
There will be a short informative meeting the night before Friday, March 31 for students to learn more about food safety, meat cookery and prep any products before the contest.
Teams will prepare chicken thighs, pork loin and beef tri-tip and present their creations to a panel of Kansas City BBQ sanctioned judges and alumni.

Don’t have a grill? Meat Science Association can provide any team with a charcoal grill on a first-come, first-serve basis.
