Lot 4 is a maternal sister to KSU Land Grant, the $43,000 high seller from Kansas State, purchased by Delaney, Perez and Dovarak. His first calf crop has created quite a stir with a limited number of calves. They are stout, high performance, well marked and attractive (see lot 1 in the Werk Herefords Sale). He is showing the ability to sire rugged commercial bulls as well show quality females and functional cow prospects.
354 is also a maternal sister to the $30,000 partial interest female that sold through the 2023 National sale in OKC to GKB. She raised an excellent SHF Houston daughter who will be retained for a future donor in the KSU Purebred Unit.
Lot 4 is stout and powerful, sound, long sided, well marked and attractive in her front 1/3.
