Join the K-State Meat Science Grilling Academy: Holiday Edition for a festive, hands-on meat science workshop focused on cooking seasonal favorites! Participants will learn about prime rib, lamb, chicken, and turkey fabrication, preparation, and safety. The day will feature a variety of sensory demonstrations comparing holiday favorites and different cooking methods. Come ready to end the day with a fun chopped style cooking contest to put your skills to the test!
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Weber Hall – Manhattan, KS
