2024 Nomination Information

Nominated Livestock /Information

All 2024 state livestock nomination information will be posted on the "Nomination Information" tab of the KSU Youth Livestock website in early spring.

Important: All animals that are nominated for the Kansas Junior Livestock Show and Kansas State Fair are required to be tagged with the Kansas 4-H EID tags in 2024. DNA hair samples in new, official DNA envelopes are also required. As of 2022, we have transitioned to an online nomination system; paper state nomination forms will no longer be accepted. Official DNA Envelopes must be purchased in advance through ShoWorks using the Kansas Nomination link. Visit the "Nomination Information" page for more details.

**Exhibitors must contact their local Extension Office to get their animals tagged and for further details on state livestock nominations.
