Description

A contract was let in 1962 for the contruction of a building to house the Department of Dairy Science and the Department of Poultry Science. The two departments moved to the new $629,450 building in early 1964. March 7, 1964, the building was officially dedicated and named Call Hall in honor of Dr. Leland Everett Call, former Dean of Agriculture at Kansas State University. In addition to offices, class rooms, and laboratories, Call Hall in home to the KSU Dairy bar which dispenses dairy products made from the milk produced by the University dairy herd.
